VERDI MESSAGING SERVICE does this by utilising the exchange based diversion offered by all telco carriers which means you don't need any equipment at your premises we take care of all that at our end. All you need to do is divert your telephone lines to us using any of the following diversion: divert when busy, divert when no answer, or divert all calls.*

Can I Have a Menu Driven Service including having Calls redirected for Different Options?

VERDI MESSAGING SERVICE has a number of plans including the Verdi Advanced Plan, this plan allows for a number of Menu Options to be presented to the customer with an example of these being Sales - Service - Support. Once selected any of your options can be dealt with in a number of ways independent to each other, OPTION 1. may be rediverted out to your Mobile number (if then not answered you call will be pulled back to Verdi to take the message), OPTION 2. may take a message to be emailed out on a rotation basis to different staff and OPTION 3 may email and SMS.

Any option is available on the Verdi Advanced Service and is really only limited by your imagination.

Verdi Voice/Fax messaging can Supply you with a Local Number or you can Keep your Existing Number:

Keeping your own number. Not a problem you can divert using standard carrier diversion or save money and swap to your new Verdi Number. Your VERDI MESSAGING SERVICE Number uses multiple channels on receive and send so you benefit from having more than one line available at any one time.

Can I use a 1.800 or 1.300 number for Voice or Faxes so that I can get national coverage

Yes you simply point to the VERDI MESSAGING SERVICE number and all your calls come to one point. .An alternative is to publish a local VERDI MESSAGING SERVICE Number in each state and appear like a national outlet. You can still use 1.800 or 1.300 numbers and lower your transport cost by pointing your 1.800/1.300 number locally and your VERDI MESSAGING SERVICE will transport the Email. You can use combinations to best suit your requirement and minimize cost.
