VERDI FAX BASIC - Single fax to Email service with local number supplied and up to 100 pages /minutes per month of incoming calls straight to your computer.

3-5 users Monthly $18.70 inc. GST
6 plus users Monthly $16.50 inc. GST
Extra pages /minutes at $0.22 inc GST each. A page is generally less than one minute unless high resolution literature or super slow connection is involved. Verdi will charge per page or timed if more than one minute.
VERDI FAX PLUS - Single fax to Email plus email to fax service with local number supplied and up to 100 pages /minutes per month of incoming calls straight to your computer and outgoing calls charged at Telstra Business line complete rates. Basically $0.22 local call ,$0.26 National calls and international at published rates per minute. All rates are 24 hour and charged per minute/per page whichever the greater.

Some important information
All faxes are stored at Verdi Fax for up to one month for later retrieval if required. Store a template at Verdi fax to insert your wording into a standard format header with attachments where or if necessary. Broadcast fax services are available on application and priced to timing, volume and delivery criteria.Keeping your own fax number. Not a problem you can divert using standard carrier diversion or save money and swap to your new Verdi fax number. Your Verdi Fax number uses multiple channels on receive and send so you benefit from having more than one line available at any one time.
How do I send faxes from my computer? Simply put the destination fax number in the subject column and we will automatically dial to the destination for you.
Can I get faxes when away from the office. Yes! By utilizing your internet account all your faxes are available on your computer for retrieval and to send if you wish .particularly useful as mobile internet becomes an active part of your day.
Do I have to Send faxes with Verdi Fax. The answer of course is no ; Verdi Fax is only one option. You can use an incumbent office fax or a fax card on your computer to dial your existing carrier network .
Is Verdi Fax reliable ? The answer is yes very reliable as we use premium grade equipment and lines to ensure every fax is handled correctly. We even save copies for you in case you have problems with computers , power or the many other glitches that may come your way. Verdi Fax can not do the impossible and send to wrong numbers or sort out spam and unwanted emails but what we do we do very well.
Can you store Verdi faxes? Yes just like an email file the Verdi fax is on your computer and may be saved to a customer file or special file at your request. Saving to a customer file (Goldmine or similar) forms a chain to the paperless office. Save those trees!
Can I use a 1.800 or 1.300 number for faxes so that I can get national coverage.
Yes you simply point to the Verdi provided number and all your faxes come to one point. .An alternative is to publish a local Verdi Fax number in each state and appear like a national outlet. You can still use 1.8 or 1.300 numbers and lower your transport cost by pointing your 1.800/1.300 number locally and Verdi transport the Email. You can use combinations to best suit your requirement and minimize cost.
